SessionJob Postings
DescriptionThe Power Integrity engineer will use sophisticated simulation tools and laboratory measurement to design, simulate, validate, debug, and optimize high performance electrical systems. The engineer will work with a diverse team of engineers that support the design, validation, scaling, deployment, and support of industry-leading supercomputer systems. A curious mind and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Design, validate and characterize power conversion and delivery systems for large computer infrastructure
• Development of power distribution network (breakers, connectors, bus bars) for 400+ kW server cabinet infrastructure
• Create simulation models, plan and execute simulation suites
• Correlate models to measured laboratory results
• Work with vendors to specify, procure, and validate new power supply designs
• Analyze and verify PCB power delivery networks
• Measure and characterize AC response of low-voltage, quiet voltage rails on advanced processor node boards
• Track and drive the resolution of electrical issues, execute hands-on testing and debugging to root cause
• Create documentation, test plans, and test reports
