David Wheeler is a Senior Technical Program Manager at NCSA at the University of Illinois, supporting researchers at Illinois and supporting NSF Resource Providers (RPs) through the NSF ACCESS Operations award. With over 25 years of experience in cyberinfrastructure networking and storage services, David endeavors to remove barriers to optimal data transfer performance. He received an M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
