Dr. Weicheng Xue earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, followed by a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and completed his postdoctoral research in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Research Fellow at Pengcheng Laboratory. Dr. Xue’s research interests lie in leveraging high-performance computing technologies, particularly GPUs and NPUs, to accelerate scientific computing and machine learning applications.
