Dr. Juan Jenny Li is currently a program director in the Office of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure (OAC) under the Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE). She manages the Learning and Workforce Development programs and the classroom part of the NAIRR program. She is also a professor of computer science at Kean University in New Jersey. Her research area is artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in various fields, such as software engineering, cybersecurity, biotechnology, and education. Before joining academia, she led research projects in industrial research labs. Dr. Li has published more than 130 peer-reviewed articles and holds 20 patents. She received her PhD from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
