I just completed my PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Notre Dame, and am now working in the Remote Sensing Group at ORNL. I have experience working with clinical trial data, infectious disease modeling, hemodynamics, and biological applications of network science. I am eager to learn about how HPC can be utilized to help solve problems relating to medical and biological problems.
