Oleksandr Narykov is a postdoc in Data Science and Learning Division at Argonne National Laboratory. His research focus is artificial intelligence and its applications in biomedical sciences. The current research focus is anti-cancer drug response prediction and generative learning for transcriptomics data. Previous work includes bioinformatics applications for alternative splicing study, sequencing, and structural biology. He received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (NTUU KPI) in 2013 and 2015, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA, USA, in 2022.
