Biography
I am 3rd year PhD student at the university of North Texas and I am working on Developing Adoptive Algorithms for Large Dynamic Data. My research is on high-performance computing and graphs, especially in developing algorithms to efficiently compute the properties of large-scale dynamic graphs. I use HPC tools including MPI, OpenMP, and GPU-based tools such as CUDA to develop scalable algorithms for dynamic graphs. I aim to develop a template for creating parallel scalable algorithms for updating different properties of large-scale dynamic networks. My goal is to move from the current approach of case-by-case algorithm design to a holistic support infrastructure for dynamic network analysis.
