I am an expert in computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, and data science, with experience in programming, teaching, and managing scientific research projects. I have a particular interest in extracting actionable information from biomedical data using graph machine learning. I have worked for twenty years developing software, performing bioinformatic analyses, teaching, and conducting original research.
