Delyan Kalchev received his PhD in applied mathematics in 2018 from the University of Colorado Boulder with a focus on least-squares finite element methods for hyperbolic equations. In 2018, he joined Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, working on discretizations, solvers, high-performance computing, and uncertainty quantification. He joined Cerebras Systems in 2022. At Cerebras, he has been working on scientific and HPC applications and their performance.
