Biography
Dr. Bryant Wyatt created Tarleton State University’s HPC lab with a grant from NVIDIA in 2011, which has become a hub for collaborative work across the university. Dr. Wyatt and his students have given hundreds of presentations and won numerous awards for their work in building N-body digital twins accelerated on NVIDIA GPUs. This work spans a vast array of novel approaches to problems in astrophysics, engineering, biology, chemistry, and mathematics. As a result of this work, Dr. Wyatt was named the Mathematical Association of America’s Distinguished University Teacher for the state of Texas in 2018.
