Suzanne Yoakum-Stover is the Chief Scientist at Mission Focus, Executive Director of the Institute for Modern Intelligence (IMI), and Founder of SYSWork.io. With a Ph.D. in Physics from Stony Brook University (1992), she has an extensive career as a research scientist and educator, contributing to fields such as Atomic, Molecular, and Optical (AMO) physics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), medical imaging, computer graphics and simulation, statistical analysis, natural language processing (NLP), data management, and knowledge representation.

At Mission Focus, Suzanne drives the development of data and processing solutions for Ultra-Large Scale systems, while at IMI, she leads efforts to advance the science, practice, and governance of these technologies. Through SYSWork.io, she oversees the development of StudioCMS, an innovative online gallery and platform that offers comprehensive photography services.
