Biography
Neil Chue Hong is the director of the Software Sustainability Institute and a senior research fellow at Edinburgh Parallel Computing Centre, University of Edinburgh. Chue Hong received an M.Phys. in computational physics from the University of Edinburgh. His research interests include communities of practice and policy for research software. He is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Open Research Software, co-editor of Software Engineering for Science, and co-author of Best Practices for Scientific Computing. He is a fellow of the British Computing Society and member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the Society of Research Software Engineering.
