Biography
Mohamed Shaban is a Ph.D. student with the Computer Science Department, Tennessee Technological University. He also serves as a Teaching Assistant (on leave) with the Mathematics Department, Faculty of Education, Alexandria University, Egypt. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and M.Sc. degree in Quantum Computing, both from the Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, Egypt. He is a member of the Alexandria Quantum Computing Group (AleQCG). Mr. Shaban has taught labs in computer programming, gave online tutorial talks about the principles of quantum computing and quantum circuits, and gave a tutorial talk on using SeQUeNCe, which is a quantum network simulator. In addition, he gave a hands-on tutorial on quantum machine learning at the FLAIRS 2024 conference.
