Lotfi Slim is a senior genomics solution architect at NVIDIA, where he promotes GPUs for genomics applications in industry and academia. He helped launch several sequencing instruments with GPU-accelerated computing. His main expertise is optimising machine learning and HPC data pipelines through algorithmic and code optimisations. Lotfi is a PhD graduate of MINES ParisTech, where he developed novel machine learning methods for the detection of genetic interactions.
