Dr. Mohan Yang is currently an assistant professor in the Human Resource Development program at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. He was previously an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Workforce Development at Old Dominion University. His research interests include integrating emerging technologies into training and education, leveraging instructional design for training and learning effectiveness, and evaluating training programs. He is currently the co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Applied Instructional Design.
