Biography
Arjun Guha is an associate professor of computer science at Northeastern University, with broad research interests in programming languages, systems, and software engineering. For the past few years, his group has been working on language design problems that arise in WebAssembly, program synthesis for robot control programs, and developing Code LLMs for low-resource programming languages and novel tasks. His work has received an ACM SIGPLAN Most Influential Paper Award, a SIGPLAN Distinguished Paper Award, a SIGPLAN Research Highlight, two SIGPLAN Distinguished Artifact Awards, and research awards from Google, Meta, MathWorks, and JPMorgan Chase.
