Biography
Prof. Laurendeau (Ph.D. U. Washington 1995) has worked 15 years at Bombardier Aerospace, developing numerical algorithms towards the analysis and design of aircraft aerodynamics. Since 2011, he is professor at Polytechnique Montréal, one of Canada’s top-3 engineering universities. He has been working with various international academic or research institutions in the USA, Canada and Europe. He is co-chair of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Ice Prediction Workshop and member of Calcul Quebec scientific committee.
