Biography
Narasinga Rao Miniskar is working in ORNL as a research software engineer. His research interests are heterogenous runtime frameworks, heterogeneous libraries, RISC-V processor architecture exploration, extreme heterogenous accelerator platforms, hardware accelerators for scheduling, and deep learning based solutions for architecture problems. Prior to this, he has worked in Samsung R&D Institute Bangalore (SRIB) for ~8 years as a principal engineer and worked on Samsung Reconfigurable processors and Samsung Neural Processors development toolchain such as compiler, cycle accurate simulators, fixed point deep learning inference framework, etc. Narasinga has received Ph.D. from K.U.Leuven and IMEC R&D (Belgium) in 2012 and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-D, India).
