Piotr Luszczek received a BS and an MSc in computer science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland, and a PhD in computer science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK). He is currently a staff scientist at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory and holds a joint position as a research associate professor with the Innovative Computing Laboratory in UTK's Tickle College of Engineering. His research interests include benchmarking, numerical linear algebra for high-performance computing, automated performance tuning for modern hardware, and stochastic models for performance.
