  that these NRES have enabled to grow the skills and actions of the contin
 ental research communities. Additionally, during the BoF, the guidelines f
 or an MoU between CANARIE, Internet2 and RedCLARA will be proposed to endo
 rse the upcoming actions of the Americas HPC Collaboration, including form
