  National Laboratories)\n\nWe present K-Foundry, a framework that enables 
 the integration of Simple Linux Utility for Resource Management (SLURM) wi
 th Kubernetes (K8s) via a Kubernetes-like Control Plane (KCP). Our impleme
 ntation seamlessly enables a unified communication and scheduling layer fo
 r a fleet of multiple diverse computing platforms. While SLURM and K8s tra
 ditionally support distinct scheduling models, they have recently started 
 aligning their objectives by moving towards a more converged execution env
 ironment. Similarly to K8s, SLURM, for example, has begun providing contai
 ner execution support. In this work, we aim to provide support for high pe
 rformance computing (HPC) workloads in containerized environments in a sea
 mless fashion for a fleet of distinct schedulers. The goal is to enhance t
 he way we interact with the underlying infrastructure to meet growing comp
