 l University of Santander, Colombia)\n\nThe interest in high-performance c
 omputing (HPC) has grown due to the need for skills to leverage advanced c
 omputing, such as managing large volumes of data, using complex algorithms
 , and developing AI applications. HPC ecosystems are essential for address
 ing complex scientific and engineering challenges, but integrating diverse
  stakeholders requires a nuanced understanding of collaboration and innova
 tion within HPC environments. This proposal discusses how different actors
  have been integrated at different levels, including students from various
  disciplines, scientists, and decision-makers, through the introduction of
  new formal courses, the inclusion of relevant topics in existing courses,
